order was placed. To be eligible for a refund, your return shipment must be initiated and postmarked

within this 30-day window.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed promptly.

Please allow standard banking processing times for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a garment for a different size, color, or an entirely different style, you may do so

within the same 30-day period. Exchanges are processed smoothly based on the value of the

respective items:

Equal Value: The exchange will be processed evenly with no additional charges.

Higher Value: If your newly selected item costs more, the remaining balance will be charged to your

original method of payment.

Lower Value: If the new item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to

your original method of payment.

Standard Conditions of Return

To qualify for a successful refund or exchange, all returned apparel must be in its original, unworn, and

unwashed condition. Items must have all original tags still attached and be free of any signs of wear,

alteration, or damage.
