ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that
during high-volume periods, such as new collection drops or the holiday season, processing times may
experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you
via email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We are proud to ship our menswear collections nationwide across Canada. Shipping charges for your order
will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier processing issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the United States and select global destinations, ensuring that our
garments reach you wherever you are. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred
once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sugar ‘That Shirt Is Sweet’ is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking
number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become
available within the courier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated on your shipping
confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
immediately.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we
will notify you at checkout and ask for a physical mailing address to ensure prompt and secure delivery of
your clothing.
DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
We ensure that all our garments are securely packaged before dispatch. However, if your order arrives
damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team
as soon as possible. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the
carrier may require photographic evidence.
